Last Day of the Month
On the 28 of February it occurs to me that there are no days left. So I'll March out and get some more. hehe
Spent the day with Doris and Marcia. Drove up to Hardware Ranch south of Logan. It was a beautiful drive and we saw tons of elk. I noticed that of the 150-200 elk that all of the bulls (with big racks, I might add) were lying down and the cows and calves were mostly standing. I don't know if this is some kind of elk ritual or if it is a sign of elk respect. They were driving a wagon load of school kids through the elk herd. Come to think of it,...what did the elk heard? It must be late (in September) cause the corn seems ripe and abundant.
We now have Gecko seat covers in the new van. Seemed so fitting.
